HOW IT WORKS
Leveraging NotchSB’s proprietary building system, our projects start with a detailed planning process to develop or rationalize designs that fit into a panelized construction system.
This level of detail lays the groundwork for a more predictable and efficient budget and build timeline in the field.
Building shell materials are CNC cut to the precision of a millimeter, reducing complexity and likelihood of errors.
Panels are then assembled offsite in Haven’s fabrication facility - a low labor, low opex, low capex environment.
Once panels are prepared, the building envelope is transported from our fabrication facility to the job site. Panels are then craned into place and bolted together using specialized connectors.
In just two weeks, the house is dried in and ready for final finishes.
The remaining interior and exterior finishes are completed by a local general contractor but are made more efficient by the design and fabrication of the envelope itself.
This reduces the overall build timeline to as little as 60 days from foundation to turnkey.
